The VolunTEEN Program at ECU Health Medical Center is designed to teach students ages 15-17 the value of community service and to provide experiences that foster growth and maturity. Assignments provide an opportunity for students to learn and explore healthcare careers. The program lasts for 8 weeks starting in June and ending in August. ECU Health VolunTEENs serve in transport areas, main lobbies, surgery waiting areas, nursing units, and various other departments.
